In recent days, a group has also been created on Facebook to support customers of the above shipping companies. They also call the Polish diaspora media asking for help in obtaining information. The more so that the senders of the parcels are calling, wanting to find out if they will reach the recipients. Their owners found themselves against the wall, because they did not receive – and still do not receive – information from Doma Export/Polonez Parcel Service what to do in this situation. And it started with alarming signals in early March, when parcels stopped being picked up from agencies in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Many of us have faced a problem with no solution in sight yet. Both agencies, which for years have been delivering parcels and resettlement property from the USA to Poland and other countries in Europe, do not provide explanations to customers who, worried about their parcels, try to recover them or at least get directions where they are. However, there is still no confirmed information about their condition and fate. The suspension of the activities of Doma Export/Polonez Parcel Service is a fact already widely known in the Polish community.
